Our Story

  • Purchased two single family homes in Bakersfield, California.

  • Sold the original two single family homes in Bakersfield and acquired two multi-family properties. A triplex and a 5 unit property. Managing a total of 8 units in Bakersfield, California.

  • BCGK acquired a 12 unit multi-family property called G Street in Bakersfield, California. Increasing our assets under management to a total of 20 units.

  • In January of 2022, BCGK executed a $1M capital raise call to acquire a 20 unit multi-family property in Auburn, California.

    We also sold our triplex and used those funds towards our capex budget.

    As of 2022, BCGK managed 37 units with a $6.5M portfolio value.

  • In July of 2023, BCGK executed a $1.7M capital raise call to acquire a 16 unit multi-family property in Auburn, California.

    Currently, BCGK manages 53 units with a $11M portfolio value.
